Sound meditation can be a useful type of therapy for individuals trying to cope with overwhelming stress, anxiety, or sadness. Sounds and vibrations have the ability to keep you focused on the present moment, and can transport you into a trance-like state. Flow is an app that allows you to mix sounds together and create your own meditative sound healing experience. Flow also features bedtime reminders, sleep sounds, and alarms for waking up. Using calming animations and soft gradients, Flow helps users enjoy sound meditation for a variety of self care needs.
